Because all products at Zodiac Look are custom printed on demand upon order placement, we do not issue standard buyer-remorse refunds. However, we stand behind our print quality 100%.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives with any of the following issues, you are entitled to a 100% Free Replacement:

• Misprinted or faded graphic design
• Ripped, torn, or defective garment seam
• Incorrect size or color shipped compared to your order receipt
• Package lost in transit by carrier

3. How To Request A Replacement

To request a replacement, please email support@zodiaclook.com within 30 days of delivery with:

1. Your Order Number (e.g. ORD-ZOD-123456)
2. A clear photo showing the damage or misprint

Once verified, our team will queue a brand new replacement order with Printify at zero cost to you!
